Death Ruled Homicide
Kendall County Court of Law Rules
Colonel Philip Shue was Murdered
Ronald Gordon Sr. Editor
Kendall County Texas Court of Law Judge Bill Palmer, after thoroughly reviewing all evidence contained in thousands of documents, depositions, expert witness statements, and courtroom testimony, ruled in June 2008, Colonel Philip Shue was the victim of Homicide on the morning of 16 April 2003 in Boerne, Texas. The Kendall County Jurors, who were seated at trial, voiced their support for Palmer’s ruling to the local community and media.
Sometime after leaving his home, in Boerne, Texas, en-route to his duty station at Lackland AFB, Colonel Shue was abducted, tortured, drugged, and murdered. His brutal death became yet another statistic, on a long list of mysterious "Unattended Military Deaths”, where innocent victims have unjustly become the accused.
Colonel Shue’s body was found with both nipples excised, a 6” incision down the midline of his chest, duct tape around both wrists and both ankles, an amputated left 5th digit finger, and an amputated left earlobe. At autopsy, his body bore torn and cut clothing, multiple contusions, lacerations, incisions, and punctures wounds to his extremities, all suggestive of defensive injuries. The presence of a large amount of Lidocaine in his system was found consistent with an amount used in cardio-pulmonary resuscitation and inconsistent with any use for the purpose of anesthesia; a theory originally pushed by Military Investigators to support their unfounded conclusion of a self mutilation and an elaborately staged suicide.
Colonel Philip Shue was a victim of a sadistic homicide and his murderers are free today because of a flawed, fabricated, biased Military Death Investigation which mislead and deceived all individuals and supporting agencies involved.
Surviving Military Families of these tragedies and their supporters must unite in addressing the systemic problems associated with Military Death Investigations and demand Congressional Inquest Hearings into the Equivocal Unattended Deaths of our Active Duty Service Men and Women.
I completely support and join efforts with the families of Col Ted Westhusing, HM3 Scott Beimdiek, Sgt Loren Janeczko, PFC Jason Pirro, 2Lt Kirk Vanderbur, Sgt Thomas Sweet, Col James Sabow, Capt Gordon Hess, LCPL Scott Jakovic, PFC LeVena Johnson, Col Michael Stahlman, and hundreds of other military families, who have endured similar tragedies, in seeking Congressional Hearings to expose these injustices, demand truth, and hold, those responsible for the commission and concealment of evidence in these crimes, accountable for their actions.
